Great suggestion Josef! What do you all think?

Give it an upvote so that we know where to place this in the roadmap :)

Providing granular control to clients or team members is definetely a good idea to improve workflow and maintain accountability within organizations.

This is a good idea, especially if it allows the client to connect social media accounts directly, without them needing to share passwords. with us (agency)

I think its a great idea, it is a function that would help an agency greatly and cut out some manual steps

Marco, I am with you on this. Our company needs the same thing, currently we screenshot the Facebook Preview and have to manually add all the posts to an email to ask the client for approval before we officially schedule them. Therefore, if there is an edit, we have to edit then screenshot and resend. If we could send a link of all the “waiting for approval posts” with a “yes or no” with the ability to comment if “no” it would save so much time instead of the screenshots.

Glad I’m not the only one that needs something like that. I’m screeshoting the preview too and saving the posts as drafts with the proper label.

An alternative could be an export button at the bottom of the “create” page. So that the posts I’m creating will be exported as a PDF or a Rar with different PNGs.

I can’t keep screenshoting 10 or more previews for each client.

Marco,

A little more information. I used to have our team save them as drafts as well. However, if you are going to edit each network text slightly and optimize them with tags or locations before you save them as drafts. You LOSE ALL the optimization you did for each individual network.

Therefore, I started to have our team just schedule the messages before they send the screenshots to save time, then “if there is an edit” from the client you only have to go edit the scheduled posts.

PUBLER: I really hope down the road you can make the drafts work better so when you customize all the networks messages (tags, remove urls, locations, etc.) the information will save when it’s added as a draft. That would allow our team to really use the drafts the way they need to and pre-draft the entire year of posts and have all the optimization completed ahead of time.

This was suggested 8 months ago and still no progress. Publer will be attractive to agencies if this is added and many of them are not with publer yet to upvote this. Make this a priority, please

Excellent suggestion. Especially for those of us who work with different clients on social networks. This will make them feel more valued in their opinions or decisions regarding their business.
